Overview: JLL provides transaction, project and lease administration management for a Fortune 100 client through a principal agreement and extensively utilizes the 1 View/E1 platform for activities including client reporting, check-cutting and portfolio analytics. This account has an above average reporting requirement and each manager is responsible to ensure that report quality and depth is maintained. Current account leadership consists of three (3) Program Managers, 2 (2) Transaction Advisors and 1 Finance Manager. Each of these individuals reports to the Client Relationship Manager. The Program Managers each manage 3-4 project management resources and are also responsible to direct the market-based transaction resource, if a transaction is part of the initiative. Total dedicated staff on the account is eighteen.
